To give us more flexibility, Clio is rebuilding this community on a new Slack instance called clio-public.slack.com. (Need a Slack refresher? Please visit their support site).
The goal of this new forum is Clio Developers to work together to solve questions and provide feedback to #TeamClio as we grow the Clio Platform Community.
--> Join Clio Slack Now <--
Please note that this is public forum and your messages will be viewable by anyone in the channel where the message is posted. Keep in mind that new invitees to the channel will be able to view any past messages.
All invitees will have access to the #clio-announcements, #new-channels and #random channels by default.
This slack instance is used for a number of purposes including gathering feedback from end users and interacting with our Clio Cloud Consultant implementation teams. To give each group an isolated space a private #clio-app-developers group has been created. Please post a message in #new-channels in the thread of the channel that you’d like to be added to. Since this forum will be managed using private channels and each new channel will be set up as a private invite-only channel which will only be visible if you receive an invite.
For support issues with Clio that are not related to new releases, please continue to reach out to our support team using the support site, or by phone, email, or in-app chat for the fastest responses. The best channel for this group is to submit feature requests and post bugs via api@clio.com Please also connect with our support team if there are issues with clio-public.slack.com that can’t be addressed with the information available through Slack’s Help Center or Slack’s Getting Started guides.
We're looking forward to talking with you!
Cheers,
