Anything that can speed up healing? I have tried bpc-157 abs tb-500 for a month, didn’t do anything. Quick search showed trials of hgh don’t do much for rotator cuff stuff either. Looks like working with my physio and avoiding most push and pull stuff for a few months is gonna be my best bet?
Depends how far down the rabbit hole you’d like to go. IGF-1L3 is a reasonable peptide to try. Also, your time frame on BPC-157 and TB4 was a little short IMO. I utilize BPC-157 in my joint injections with patients. Also, you could try exosomes if you’re wanting to throw some big guns at the shoulder.
If it is and impingement then mobility work is what you need. There are a ton of mobility exercises to do on the internet and most work pretty quickly.. If your physio is not getting results and telling you to lay off push and pull movements - then it sounds like you need a different physio.
My mother has this, improved a bit with the weather. I found that interestingly enough, there's an association with diverticulitis and shoulder impingement, and with the bacteria propionibacterium acnes. I think it's an intracellular bacteria kind of how mycoplasmas infect joints. Maybe many people have, and just not understood. But it does make me wonder if something like LL-37 would help, as it's active against that bacteria, but idk maybe there isn't enough blood flow there? Anyways this is all speculative, just wanted to share that bit of info. Because I've used LL-37 and my joints felt like heaven, super mobility, lungs cleared up (it kills those common lung bacteria), and random cysts disappeared. Maybe there are multiple causes of this condition.
It is posterior impingment, so in the back and like side, I can’t do much that requires me to have a wide grip, I seem to be able to do close grip stuff, but even getting in back squat position hurts a lot on that shoulder, working on mobility stuff with pt
I have a very similar issue. Before doing surgery, you should consider regenerative therapies such as bone marrow stem cells which is what they use alot for knee and shoulder injuries. I'm considering that option as well which is where they take bone marrow stem cells from the patient and inject it into the area of injury.
How much does something like that run? Does insurance cover it?
Unfortunately insurance does not...it can be around $1500 to $3000. There is also something called PRP (Plasma rich protein) which is cheaper and may help slightly. Some insurances may cover the PRP but you should definitely take a look into regenerative options before doing any type of surgery.
What exactly is the injury? If it is indeed an impingement, the drugs won’t help with anything beyond temporary relief. You need to restore proper movement, or have a surgeon shave down your acromion (I don’t suggest this as a first resort). Otherwise, overhead movement will continue to cause irritation and pain. Speaking from experience, horizontal pulling never irritated my rotator cuff while horizontal pressing definitely did. That said, follow the instruction of your PT and doc through this. Best of luck.
Have you had surgery? This is my second bout of it, seems to happen every time I am back in the gym continuously for couple months, very frustrating.
I did have surgery but it was brought on by a labrum tear. In the process, the surgeon shaved a small amount of my acromion because he could see that my RC was inflamed but otherwise not damaged.
It does sound like you have an issue of poor lifting mechanics or you’re one of the unfortunate people that naturally don’t enough room within the shoulder capsule for frequent and pain free pressing. Now, the latter are kinda uncommon but not unicorns. I would definitely look more into improving proper movement of your mechanics and I think that would help a lot more than drugs in this case.
I had surgery for labrum tear, now my other shoulder is feeling like os getting impingement. It is a shoulder instability issue, a chiropractor might be able to help you without getting surgery. But this instability runs all the way to the position of your feet so it fucks your knees, shoulder, hips and back. Pretty serious stuff

Many countries wont be able to order from high quality labs such as Canlabs or Peptidesciences - that is being to horribly strict customs. I live in Germany and the success rate for ordering a peptide from outside of EU/UK is close to zero unless you also want to deal with customs and horrendous import fees and tax. Also take into account that their price is often 3-5x higher than other Resellers.
So we are stuck with potential scam suppliers or poissbly some rare good quality gems.

We decided to double check our first sample at an official licenesed lab such as Xylia US to verify if the Janoshik CZ reports are correct. And it turned out well.

Can anyone give light to joining if based in Australia. Australia is pretty strict and also behind in the times. I thought peptides direct were good until a recent chat showed otherwise. I don't want to join until a decent supplier is found. Any help with suppliers, compound pharmacies and testers etc would be greatly appreciated.

Turn around was like 1-2 weeks after recveiing the sample. They made some accuses that their employees are sick etc which was in the middle of corona crisis so cant blame them for that.
