Trying to break our Lease early, please help forward on

Hi All, 

This email is going out to "all contacts" in my gmail so please forgive me if you 'dont know me', we must have emailed each-other in the past regarding something else.  I hope no one finds this email an intrusion. 

We are reaching out to everyone because we trying to break our lease early in order to move.  Please help to forward this to anyone you think would be interested or might know someone who is.  We need to find a new tenant to finish our lease, which ends in August.  They will have the option to renew the lease, or not.  It's a 1BR for $1500.00, laundry in basement, elevator, parking, dishwasher, video security intercom.

No fee, only 1 month security.  Bonus: we are giving the tenant 2 good AC's to use and keep.
