Dog Run under the BQE?

Hello,

I spoke with Nancy at PUPS, and she pointed me to you and filled me in
on the work you’ve been doing to organize around creating a dog run in
Clinton Hill. The Myrtle Avenue Revitalization Project is currently
exploring possible re-uses of the space under the BQE, and were
wondering if you had considered siting the dog run there. If you have
a moment, I’d be interested in speaking with you to get your thoughts
