found stray dog

Hi All,

My neighbor found a dog this morning in the steuben park dog run area.  It has no tag or chip, it is male and not fixed.  No one in the local dog businesses recognizes it.  BARK shelter wont take it.  Does anyone have a suggestion for sheltering or finding a home for this very happy friendly dog?

On the bright side we had a stray follow our lab down to Steuben Park six years and after valiantly searching for a foster home for him he's now our bestest buddy.
