How to Help?

Hi all,

Hope you and your pups are well!  I know everyone (including myself) is very busy and it is easy to lose momentum when we have to wait on larger political/administrative structures, so I wanted to check in to see if there's anything I can do to help.

Stephanie, have you heard from Tish about the effort to get us funding?  I am very unfamiliar with local politics but imagine that the kerfluffle on the state level can't be helping.  (Who exactly are we getting funding from?  Should we consider other/additional funding options?) 

My understanding is once we get funding, Parks will design the run and we will move forward from there.  What else can we be doing to help?  I know there has been discussion of marketing the group, but if there's nothing to do but hurry up and wait, we may want to hold back on recruiting until we actually have tasks to do.

Are we still working with MARP/is MARP including us in their plans?  Would we benefit from teaming up with them, or do we think our dog-run-only track will move faster since it is (somewhat) less ambitious than what MARP has in mind?
