When I google the topic I see a lot of forums where people have issues getting their USBasp device working under windows 10. But they mostly are having issues with the libusb /WinUSB drivers (Which seems to be fine in my case thanks to the Zadig tool).
Yes that can be correct. Can you download & instlall the CP210x universal windows drivers from CP210x USB to UART Bridge VCP Drivers - Silicon Labs? Then set upload_port = ... specifically to the COM port created by the CP210x chip?
To use a USBtinyISP programmer, select either [usbtinyisp]AT90USB1286 or [usbtinyisp]Teensylu/Printrboard. The only difference between the two configurations is that I took the extra useless options out to make things simpler when programming Teensylu/Printrboard. The Teensylu/Printrboard option is the same as the AT90USB1286 option with USB Type = Serial and CPU Speed = 16MHz.
If the computer cannot be recognized normally after connecting, you can install this driver: click to see, windows system driver download
Note: If it is recognized that the COM port is not within the range of COM1COM4 (as shown in COM6 above), please modify it to this range, and the downloader can be used normally.
Extracting manual-install-spresense-arduino-windows-latest.zip may cause an error, the file path name is too long. Therefore, the procedure described here extracts the zip file to a folder with a short path name such as c:\temp.
I am new to Ubuntu (And I love it). I want to burn a code to my Arduino Uno. When uploading the code, there's an error message saying, Serial Port COM1 not fount found. Did you select the correct one from tools -> serial port menu?. Now, visiting the tools, I can't select serial port because it is disabled. I am attaching a screen-shot of how it looks. I have done something similar in windows. How to find the serial port on Ubuntu?
I have successfully recreated the hello echo-world board we were supposed to start with. I packed all the eagle files and libraries in this zip file. To use them in windows, just unzip into your windows Documents/eagle folder. Then it should appear like this:
