Dear all,

Please do go ahead and join the google group as described below, as that's going to make it easier to talk to each other once we get this ball rolling.

Also, very good news on the funding front: I've so far managed to get sufficient funds for 5 to 10 participants to attend the HL7 meeting in San Antonio in January, and anticipate getting more. So do please let me know if you think you'll need funding so that I can plan accordingly.

Finally, if you'd all go ahead and look at your calendars today and let me know whether or not you can come (and a "maybe" is fine if you can't yet say for sure) to San Antonio it would be tremendously helpful.

Best,

Jeannine

Re-emphasizing from Jeannine's email - this will be our communication

C. Google group

In order to faciliate communication among the group in advance of our
meeting in San Antonio and then carry our discussion forward, we've set
up a google group. Please join it by going to:
http://groups.google.com/group/clinicalflowstandards Click on "Join
this group" on the right and you'll be prompted to create a google
account if you don't already have one (or to reset your password if you
already had a google account and had forgotten about it, like me).

I will start posting materials to the Google group list next week.
Please join as soon as possible.

- Harry Solomon

More excellent news---we've just received additional funding for another 5-10 slots (5 if you stay at the meeting hotel, 10 if you're a cheapskate like me who Pricelines her hotel rooms and takes public transit).

Let me know ASAP whether you can come. If you can't and can think of another person from your organization that would be possibly even better for this project please feel free to recommend them.
