I understand that the per day meeting fee is ~$220, but I'm not sure
if this fee for the Flow Cytometry Standardization meeting or for the
HL7 meeting. I may prefer to take the "HL7 First Time Attendees"
introductory session the next morning rather than immediately after
the ad hoc group meeting and wonder if that scenario would double my
registration costs.

The Flow Cytometry meeting is not listed in the HL7 meeting brochure,
but it is part of the HL7 meeting. It is scheduled on Monday as an ad
hoc work meeting of the HL7 Imaging Integration Work Group, and will be
held in Garden Terrace #127 for the morning, and next door in Garden
Terrace #129 after lunch.

The "First Time Attendees" tutorial is also on Monday at 7 a.m., or on
Sunday at 4 p.m.; if you attend the Sunday session, you may register for
just Monday - you do not need to have Sunday registration.

The Anatomic Pathology and Clinical Genomics Work Groups will meet on
Tuesday, and if you can spare an extra day it may be worth while staying
for the Tuesday sessions as well. That would require a Tuesday
registration.

Imaging Integration is a joint activity of HL7 and DICOM, and you may
register at the "members rate" under the reciprocal relationship for
DICOM participants.

An E-mail on December 16 stated that the flow cytometry meeting has been arranged for January 15 - that's Sunday.
Please confirm what day the flow cytometry meeting is arranged for.

Just looked back at earlier correspondence and it looks like I wasn't the first person to make the error, but I should have been my usual compulsive self and checked first. It's definitely on Monday, January 16.
