Attention:Students who will be graduating in 2015 Convocation.

 

The link http://web.iitm.ac.in/convocation/ for verification of name and photograph by the graudands(course based programmes) for the purpose of printing their names in the Degree Certificates will close on 30.5.2015. List containing the names of final year students who have not verified their names is attached for ready reference.

 

Please note that Degree certificate will not be prepared unless the name and photograph is verified online  as correct on or before 30/5/2015 by each of the graduand. In case of mismatching, soft copy of photo or proof for name change as the case may be to be submitted to Academic Section on or before 30/5/2015. 

 

Kindly note that there will not be any extension of time for verification.

 

Students who have not verified the photo will not be included in the graduand list for Convocation 2015.
