The deadline for registration is before the evaluation period begins on Mon 09 Jan 2017.

The training data is the train, dev, and test data from last year (2016), listed as “Source domain training data” here: http://alt.qcri.org/semeval2017/task12/index.php?id=data

There won’t be any more training data released before the evaluation period begins. However, in the second phase of the evaluation period, we will release some target domain training data as described here: http://alt.qcri.org/semeval2017/task12/index.php?id=evaluation
