Double Key Data Entry Method:
· On receipt the data entry project, our managers would analyze the instructions specifications and the other details carefully.
· The instructions are converted into easier mode to make it readable by our Data Entry Associates and avoid any misunderstanding arising there from.
· Training sessions will be held. Samples from the project will be asked to be entered to make sure that each associate has understood the specifications thoroughly.
· The work is divided into batches
· Each of the batch is given with specific instruction to be carried out by the managers
· Two batches would perform the same data entry into two different files to generate the outputs and that will be named File A and File B
· These two files will be compared through software. The fields are highlighted by the program where mismatches are found. After the checking process, File C will be generated.
· The contents of File C will then pass thru Quality checks. Our QC managers would check the text to ensure compliance
