Position: Oracle CWB Techno-Functional Consultant (Oracle EBS HRMS R12.2)
Location: Cleveland, OH (Remote)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant
with strong expertise in Compensation Workbench (CWB).

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation and support of Oracle CWB
- Configure compensation plans (Merit, Bonus, Lump Sum)
- Setup worksheets, budgets, workflows
- Develop Fast Formulas, dynamic columns
- Manage HRMS configurations and security profiles
- Work on AME workflows and approvals
- Handle integrations (Web ADI, interfaces)
- Develop XML Publisher reports
- Support SIT, UAT and payroll testing cycles

Requirements:
- Strong experience in Oracle EBS HRMS R12.1/R12.2
- 2–3 full compensation cycle implementations
- Techno-functional expertise
- Knowledge of Payroll, Core HR, SSHR, OAF
- Hands-on experience with AOL, Fast Formulas, AME
