Position: Oracle CWB Techno-Functional Consultant (Oracle EBS HRMS R12.2)

Location: Cleveland OH 44122 (Remote)

 

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Compensation Workbench (CWB) on Oracle EBS R12.2. The candidate should have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end compensation cycles, including plan design, configuration, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation and support of Oracle Compensation Workbench (CWB)
• Design and configure compensation plans (Merit, Bonus, Lump Sum, etc.)
• Configure plan structures, worksheets, budgets, and workflows
• Develop dynamic columns, calculations, and Fast Formulas
• Manage HRMS configurations, security profiles, and organization hierarchies
• Work on AME workflows, approvals, and HR workflows
• Handle integrations (Web ADI, inbound/outbound interfaces)
• Develop XML Publisher reports and alerts
• Support testing cycles (SIT, UAT, Payroll Parallel)
• Ensure compliance with SOX/GRC and audit requirements
• Prepare functional and technical documentation (BR100, MD050, etc.)

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Oracle EBS HRMS R12.1/R12.2
• 2–3 full compensation cycle implementations in CWB
• Techno-functional expertise (functional + technical exposure)
• Knowledge of Payroll, Core HR, SSHR, OAF
• Hands-on experience with AOL, Fast Formulas, AME, workflows
