Hello Clinica team,
This may be a naive question, but I am a bit concerned about the connectome files generated by the DWI pipelines.
I have used the DWI-DTI and DWI-Connectome pipelines, and the final outputs include connectome TSV files. I would like to ask if there is any recommended way to perform a quality check on these TSV files to verify that they are correctly generated.
Are there any standard checks, or validation steps (e.g., expected ranges, consistency across subjects) that can be used to ensure these connectome outputs are valid?
Thank you very much for your help.
regards,
Zavi
Hello Alice,
Thank you for your reply.
Yes, I am referring to the *_connectivity.tsv files from the DWI-Connectome pipeline. What raised my concern is that I found a few subjects with connectome TSV files containing only zeros.
Also, there are many zero values in the DWI-DTI tsv files (FA, MD, etc.).
I have attached a screenshot showing an example. Thank you for your guidance.
Best,
Zavi
