adni-to-bids PET

Hi i am using this line to conert t1-mri and amyloid images into bids but the output does not show pet images:

clinica convert adni-to-bids $adni_images_path $adni_clinical_data_path $adni_bids_path -m T1 -m PET_AMYLOID --subjects_list $subjects_list_path

The output folder is structured as:

BIDS

     Subject_ID

         SES-

             ANT

I am missing the converted PET data. How do i resolve this in Clinica or is there an alternative method to convert amyloid_pet to BIDS

Hi,

It is difficult to answer your question without a bit more context:

- What version of clinica are you using ?

- Did you download the dataset from the ADNI website recently ?

- Did you follow the documentation of clinica when downloading the images from the ADNI website ? (there are a few checkboxes to tick here and there)

- Could you provide the logs you got when running the conversion ?

- Do you have an example of a subject / session for which you'd expect to have PET data but you don't have them converted ?
