Need help understanding columns in merged.tsv from clinica tsvtools

Hello Clinica team,

I am using clinica 0.9.4 and used `clinica tsvtools merge` to combine several TSV files, but I'm unsure about the meaning/description of several columns in the resulting `merged.tsv`.
Could anyone clarify where (if yes) I can find documentation on the variables in tsv files generated using clinica?

Bit irrelevant, but while I’m here… might anyone help me with this.

clinica iotools merge-tsv [OPTIONS] BIDS_DIRECTORY OUTPUT_TSV -caps CAPS_DIR

Do you also remember how the BIDS and CAPS were generated ? For example, for the BIDS if you used a converter and for the CAPS (if you added one) which pipeline you used ?

Yes, 

for BIDS, only Converter. 

And for CAPS, I ran:

• T1 and PET Linear
•  T1 and PET volume.

The information from the BIDS are the ones from the participants.tsv, sessions.tsv and scans.tsv. Depending on the converter you used, you will find information about the metadata here if it was ADNI or here in any other case. 

If there are any other additional columns it would come from the pipeline outputs and you might find corresponding information in the pipeline description in the documentation.

Don't hesitate if you have any interrogation about a specific metadata.
