ADNI to BIDS is missing files, requesting alternative solutions

Dear All,

I have noticed that since the October 2024 update, Clinica has been showing a lack of ADNI related files when using it. I am currently undergoing ADNI to BIDS and also facing this challenge.

I noticed that there seems to be a solution in the group. Could you please share this solution with me so that I can give it a try.

Hello Zengjie,

Clinica has indeed been experiencing an issue with the processing of ADNI clinical data since October 2024.

I can however share with you a workaround.
