Hi. I have tried to converting ADNI to BIDS using Clinica. I have downloaded clinical data (csv files) as stated in the instructions. However, I got an error stating that MPRAGEMETA.csv is missing. Could anyone provide it from their earlier downloads? I also tried the mock MPRAGEMETA generator which needs missing files MRI_Images.csv and MRIQUALITY.csv. I appreciate any hints.

Clinica has indeed been experiencing an issue with the processing of ADNI clinical data since October 2024.
