ADNI DTI not converted for data collected in 2023

Hi,

I had an issue of converting ADNI DTI data. It appears that only data collected before 2023 can be converted. Those collected after 2023 are skipped (or ignored).

Here is an example for subject: 033_S_7088. I downloaded data from two time points (2022 and 2023).

After running Clinica, I got converted BIDS files as below. No errors reported but only the 2022 data was converted.

By looking at dicom files, I found that the naming style is somewhat different between 2022 and 2023.

I am not sure if that is the reason why 2023 data was ignored. This issue happens to other subjects too. For example 033_S_6976, I have the data downloaded as below.

But only the first two were converted.

Hi Yu,

After checking, it seems that 2023 data is not selected by our converter because data is missing in MRI_LIST.csv, (which we need), even on the latest version. Maybe ADNI will put the data later in this year ? Nothing for sure
