Dear,
I am writing to bring to your attention recent significant updates to the Alzheimer’s Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI) website which have impacted the original download procedures. Specifically, these changes affect the structure of the study data, now referred to as "study files," and necessitate a more detailed search process when selecting CSV files. As a result, I have encountered difficulties in locating the clinical data required for the ADNI to BIDS conversion program.
To ensure continued accessibility and ease of use for researchers, I kindly request that the corresponding software tutorial be revised to reflect these changes on the ADNI website or provide the corresponding csv file.

Your assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Best regards.

I have the same problem; did you find the clinical data finally or not?

Hello,

Thanks for reporting. We are indeed aware of the very recent and significant modifications that were made to the ADNI website.
It seems like the new download interface of ADNI is still unstable and susceptible to further changes in the future.
We tried to contact them in order to get more details on their timeline but without success so far.
In this context, we are waiting for their interface to stabilize before investing engineering time in updating our converter and related documentation.
That being said, Clinica being an open source software, contributions of any sort are more than welcome. If you were able to find a way to download the data and make the converter work with the new interface, we could very well value your experience to speed up the development process.

Best regards,
Nicolas Gensollen
