OASIS3 ADRC Clinical Data

Hi all,

I'm converting the OASIS3 dataset and have hit a snag following the export instructions. The guide says to load the 'ADRC Clinical Data' table from the menu, then export spreadsheets for five tables: Subjects, MR Sessions, ADRC Clinical Data, PETs, and PUPs — but I can't find where to load 'ADRC Clinical Data' in the first place.

I see that a workaround is available from previous conversations. I wanted to enquire as to what this is?

Hello Tom,

Sorry for the late reply. We are currently working on removing the need for the ADRC file for the OASIS3-to-bids converter. These have not been deployed yet (not available with a simple `pip install clinica`) and can be found on our GitHub repository, branch `oasis3_new_modalities`, which you can fetch and work with. Depending on how much your proficiency with git I can help you navigate this !
