OASIS3 ADRC Clinical Data

Dear Clinica Team,

First, thank you very much for the invaluable tool that is your pipeline. Your converters have been extremely useful.

I find myself currently trying to make use of the oasis3-to-bids converter. While trying to follow the documentation, I have not been able to find any place to download the ADRC Clinical data. When I am downloading the clinical data spreadsheets (following doc), the ADRC tab does not seem to appear:

I have not been able find the ADRC clinical spreadsheet nowhere else. Have tried downloading the rest of spreadsheets from 0AS_data_files and bringing all the .csv files to the /CLINICAL folder but the converter does not seem to work either...

Any chance you know about this issue? I have not seen any other Issue or comment on your github.

Hello David,

Indeed, it has been recently noticed that the ADRC Clinical Data no longer seem to be downloadable from the OASIS3 website (NITRC).

We will work on this issue soon to upgrade our converter to the current state of data availability.

In the mean time, we can provide you with a workaround.
