Hi,

When I am trying to convert ADNI to BIDS I am always getting the error: 

"Chris Rorden's dcm2niiX version v1.0.20211006  Clang11.1.0 x86-64 (64-bit MacOS)Warning: only processing last of 4 input files (recompile with 'myEnableMultipleInputs' to recursively process multiple files)"

I am so lost and have tried all possible ways I have known. Can somebody please help?

Hello Shabir,

Thank you for your interest in Clinica. It looks like your path for "clinica test" has spaces in it. dcm2niix seems to take this as two separate arguments. As a workaround you can try renaming the folder names to remove the spaces. I will open an issue in our github channel to make the command more robus.

If you see carefully no csv file was generated. Do you know why there is no .csv file here? Please let me know.

Hi Shabbir,

Which csv file are you referring to precisely?  The tsv files (tab separeted files) we generate contain the required information for the bids standard.
