ADNI to BIDS workaround

Hi everyone,

​Like many others, I'm having trouble with BIDS conversion for ADNI data downloaded post-Oct 2024. 
If anyone has a working solution they’re willing to share, I’d be very grateful!

Thanks for your response. that’s surprising actually. I generated the nifti
using *Clinica v0.9.4*, without any manual modification.

Okay, I will try again then. How did you select your images on the loni
ADNI website ? (preprocessed, processed, etc... if you know what I am
referring to)

Yes, I used ADNI converter to download data.. i selected all baseline scans.

I cannot seem to reproduce with this subject even when taking every data

Clinica has indeed been experiencing an issue with the processing of ADNI
clinical data since October 2024.

Clinica has indeed been experiencing an issue with the processing of ADNI clinical data since October 2024.

I can however share with you a workaround.
