ADNI-to-BIDS: Suggestion to replace MRILIST.csv with ALL_IMG.csv

Hello Clinica dev team,

I hope you are well since our last collab with field maps. Thank you for your patience with my previous bulky commit. I've noticed the message about waiting until the interface stabilizes before updating ADNI-to-BIDS. I would like to help with getting everything back up to speed if you are willing.

To start, I believe that MRILIST.csv could be replaced with a different file, ALL_IMG.csv, since I was unable to find MRILIST.csv in the current Study Files section.

To access ALL_IMG.csv, you can download it from the Advanced Image Search section. First, set your search criteria to include all images, and then Download CSV and rename accordingly.

I believe there are other metadata files that may have been affected. I will be working with the code to see if I can figure out a solution. If you are able, please let me know if there are other specific issues you have pinpointed in relation to this which I can assist with to help development move along for ADNI-to-BIDS. In the meantime, I will attempt to make changes to the code so that I can proceed with updating our BIDS converted ADNI data availability for the researchers in our group.

If I am able to successfully make these changes, I may do a PR. If so, I will be more deliberate with any commits this time around so that hopefully any commits are more manageable compared to last time.

More immediately, what do you think about replacing MRILIST.csv with ALL_IMG.csv?

Upon discussing further with members in our group I will hold off on trying to make these changes to integrate ADNI4 functionality with Clinica. Looking forward to future Clinica releases.

Thanks for your interest in clinica and your willingness to contribute ! Updating our ADNI converter is on our to-do list and it will definitely be done when we find the time to do so. We will keep your suggestion in mind for ALL_IMG.csv for when we actively work on it.
