Well I uninstalled Office SharePoint 2010 and sure enough Office Picture Manager went with it. I had hoped that would not happen; that maybe picture manager would stand alone. I think I will give it up because to keep it means installing, at this point, 55 more updates for Office 2010 on top of the 3 I did download/install. (All three uninstalled with SharePoint and Picture Manager.) So I seem to be clean of Office 2010 updates and SharePoint 2010. Disappointed about loosing Picture Manager. Oh well.
Hi everyone. I don't own any of microsoft office suites and I don't need one. We are using 2007 and 2010 packages of office at work and both of them come with microsoft picture manager and I would really like this handy piece of software for my pc but without need for buying office.
By relying on these two standard Windows 10 picture managers, you can easily make adjustments to your favorite images. But as previously mentioned, Microsoft Office Picture Manager is more suitable for making batch edits to a set of images.
I set the Preset mode is sRGB, when viewing RGB images with Windows Photo Viewer it's normal, but when viewing CMYK images, it change to Negative image. I try to view with Microsoft office picture manager, both of them are normal. I don't know the reason. Can somebody tell me? Thanks so much.
I would like to know if this installation (picture manager) can be possible with my open office 2016 I already bought ? I am afraid if open office 16 disappaer !!! I am french girl I hope you understood what I mean.
Picture manager is very nice and easy.
Appreciate on your reply.
Dear VG-You are brilliant! Thank you. I was about to purchase Office 2010 after purchasing and installing office 2016 mostly because I had no picture manager except Adobe photoshop which is overkill. This is an elegant fix. Many thanks!
Color photos can be dazzling, but keeping in balance different color values, can be a difficult task that takes time to master. On the other hand, black and white pictures possess a certain simplicity and strong contrasts that always leave a powerful impression on a viewer, which is the reason why it is easier to create a breathtaking B&W photo than the one in color.
I have a temp fix for this. After importing us "Microsoft Office Picture Manager". Select all the photos and rotate at one time. Hit the save button and it will save them all. You can't rotate them in the regular pic viewer by microsoft. Comes up with some kind of "properties error". For the video use Adobe Essentials. It will rotate video.
