大家好，

痛并快乐的Algonquin Peak登山活动圆满结束了。这次我们历时11小时45分钟，欣赏了悦目景色，经历了痛苦历练，终于登顶成功。最后大家无不极度身体疲惫，很长时间都抹不去这次难忘的记忆。从时间上讲，这次强度稍比上次Marcy（12小时）登山轻，但是登山难度并不低，尤其下山途中的石头道路另膝盖经受痛苦折磨，返程漫长而难熬。令人喜悦的是山间美景比Marcy秀丽很多。我们很明智地选择了提前一天攀登，老天也额外关照，没有带来丝毫雨水，使我们在天黑前完成登山活动。

这次一共13人参加，12人完成登顶，尤其是一个10岁的男孩登顶令人佩服。我个人认为爬山比得是慢，最大限度地减少对膝盖的冲击，所以缓慢动作对身体有益。

组织活动不容易，每一个参加者都是一种承诺，尤其对于提供Carpool的司机，需要根据同行者安排时间和行程，这次有两人未能信守承诺出行，给车主带来了很大不变。希望以后杜绝发生。今年的登山公开活动暂告结束，明年再根据情况考虑。

Thanks everyone making the successful trip. We got all we expected - climbing the peak, shopping, and sore muscle. 

Special thanks to Roger and Tingting. They had no rest on the long drive and sent us back home one by one in the early morning. It's great effort for the organizer.
