This gig is proof that the Greens are not afraid to educate on climate
change. A government that suppresses the truth on climate change is
robbing our children of their future even more surely than climate
change itself.


DEEP GREEN DELIGHTS

Leytonstone Library, 6 Church Lane, Leytonstone, E11 1HG

Music and poetry take centre stage on the first night of the
Leytonstone Festival, with a green theme throughout and a pedal-
powered sound system to boot. A vibrant evening organised by E11 Eco,
Transition Leytonstone’s ecopoetry performance group. Guests include
ceilidh band Green Kite Midnight*, The Carbon Town Crier, slam poet
Danny Chivers** and soprano Deborah Fink. Light refreshments
