The Tasmanian Way brings together Tasmanians to inspire a whole-of-Tasmania approach to reduce emissions, build resilience and transition to a sustainable way of doing things for the health, wellbeing and prosperity of all Tasmanians. The Tasmanian Way is auspiced by Tasmanian Leaders Inc to move forward our shared goal to invigorate socio-economic vibrancy.
Background to the event:
COVID-19 has disrupted our way of life, forced rapid change and new ways of doing things. We have a choice: to go back to ‘business as usual’ or to boldly create a stronger, thriving Tasmania. 72% of Tasmanians have identified that they want a different Tasmania to emerge from the current crisis[1].

Climate Action Hobart working group contributed some ideas for this.
3. For everyone who has been wanting to find a way to contribute to the Black Lives Matter movement, especially in Australia, here is a really practical support idea. Seed Mob is the indigenous youth arm of the Australian Youth Climate Coalition. They are campaigning against fracking in the Northern Territory. Please make a donation, big or small, to help both climate action and young and old in indigenous communities in NT.
