The number one greenhouse gas is water vapor. It is not CO2. CO2 has
very little to do with warming trends. There are many scientists that
support this truth; one is the founder of the Weather Channel. Another
is Dr. Roy Spencer with NASA.

Global warming is actually better for humans because it gives us a
longer growing season. A real global cool down would be devastating.
If you look back in history this was always the case as it is recorded
in Western Europe. Global cooling killed many people back in the 17th
and 18th centuries.

Global warming, back around 1000 A.D. was great for the Vikings (Norse
people) because it made it possible to establish settlements on
Greenland and Iceland, and travel over to North America. Read "The
Little Ice Age" by Brian Fagen. And back in 1000 A.D. they didn't have
the "evil oil" and "evil SUV's" that we have today.

Just some thoughts.

You have the wrong thoughts,

History tells the truth. Man made global warming is just a ploy to
raise taxes and have more control and power over the American people.

History tells us that it makes sense to listen to what is
overwhelmingly recommended by scientist studying global warming, i.e.
that we should act to reduce greenhouse gases. Your suggestion of a
ploy does not make sense and has nothing to do with history. History
tells us we should not listen to people like you.

Sam,

Thanks for your response. I'll take global warming any day over global
cooling. These are just weather patterns and are cyclical. Man does
not cause global warming. This is just the latest trend in thinking
that humans are so bad for the earth.

If you like your freedom, don't vote for wackos who know the truth,
but just want to have as much power as they can over you.

If we don't act on global warming, we'll lose the freedom to do a lot
of things.
Furthermore, not acting on global warming would imply violating the
freedoms of a lot of other people who will become victims of climate
change.
It appears that you have nothing to say that makes sense.
I suggest that you post your comments elsewhere, unless you have
something to contribute that does make sense.

Cheers!
