Dear Folks,

Please let me know of any free temperature forecasts (and hindcasts)
by region, state, city or zipcode for this coming winter and if it
does where can I find it.

The best thing I could find so far was this Temperature Forecast Map
for Oct-Nov-Dec 2010 at the following URL but I would prefer data I
can put into a spreadsheet. Thanks.
