Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to invite submissions to our Special Session AI4Earth as part of the 35th International Conference on Artificial Neural Networks (ICANN 2026).

Event Details:

Conference Dates: September 14–17, 2026
Location: Padua, Italy
Submission Deadline: March 16, 2026 via CMT (up to 12 pages, one-column)
Publication: Accepted papers will be published in the Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) series.

This session focuses on the intersection of AI and Earth Observation, presenting innovative Neural Network architectures and advanced techniques for monitoring urban environments and planetary changes. We welcome contributions on related topics, including ML/DL for Earth data, climate science, and sustainable urban planning solutions.
