We’re offering multiple fully funded PhD positions at the Max Planck Institute for Biogeochemistry (MPI-BGC) in collaboration with the Friedrich Schiller University of Jena and other partners through the International Max Planck Research School on Global Biogeochemical Cycles.

Location: Jena, Germany
Duration: 3 years (funded)

  Ideal candidate:
  You have a Master in Earth System Science, Earth Observation, Environmental Sciences, Ecology, Agronomy, Forestry, Geography, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science or equivalent, or a related field. You’re curious, proactive, and eager to tackle complex scientific questions.
