Thanks for your question. If you are referring to WRI's World
Greenhouse Gas Emissions Flow Chart, we have recently updated this
graphic with 2005 data (previously was year 2000 data). You can access
this latest version here:

In general GHG emissions estimates are usually at least 2 years behind
the calendar year (due to the time it takes to compile and synthesize
national-level data). The most recent sectoral estimates are available
through the International Energy Agency (
http://www.iea.org). They
just released a document which includes estimates through 2007;
however, note that these totals include CO2 from fossil fuel use only.
