Subject: Help Kiruba Ganesan for Bone Marrow Transfer Surgery
Hi Friends,
My cousin Sister Kiruba is diagnosed
to have Chronic Myeloid Leukemia in March 2007. She has been undergoing
the treatment for the past 4 years and the medicines (tablets) which
ever she has taken till date doesn't help her recover. After trying successively
more aggressive treatments, her doctors at Christian Medical College (CMC)
Hospital in Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India have recommended a Bone Marrow Transplant
procedure before the end of this year. Kiruba was able to find a donor
with the matching type but cannot afford the cost of the surgery, Rs. 50,00,000.
This surgery is her best chance for recovery and survival and a lack of
money is the only thing stopping her. I'm appealing to all of you to please
help save my sister's life.
I have attached the Estimation letter provided by her doctor.
