RE: BOI filing 2024

Has anyone filed a BOI for 2024 yet. 

Client started an s-corp in July 24 one shareholder there will be not much income for 2024.

Need help in how to file this form for her.

Yes I have for CountingWorks.  Very easy see, 337 in the Big Book.  Income has nothing to do with the registration.
