Clientcide is deprecated. Fear not!

You may have noticed that the clientcide repo on github is not basically empty. You can still get to the previous release, but the library is now officially deprecated.

HOWEVER! Much of what was still in it that was worth keeping is now consolidated with mootools-bootstrap, more-behaviors, and thanx's internal set of UI controls into a single library: behavior-ui.

It's not 100% baked yet, but it's all on github. The docs still have some glitches to iron out and we'll need to do some more work on the less files to make them easy to use. Add a builder and the thing is ready to launch.

I just wanted to post here for anyone who might have been wondering what's going on.
