Group spamfilter

I guess 50% of my messages goes to a spam folder of this group. Because I reply but I don't see my replies in the group ( when I press replyall )

Also my GMail personal account puts almost all messages from this group into Spam.

I loved Usenet and GoogleGroups for 25 years, but it's time to go. It's unbearable anymore.
