Nodejs driver for ClickHouse

Hi!

I've tried to use the [existing driver](https://github.com/TimonKK/clickhouse) for Node, but it is seriously lacks functionality and I have written a [better version](https://github.com/apla/node-clickhouse).

Features:

 * tested with a real database with coverage,

 * have a streaming interface for querying data,

 * accepts any database parameters available via the http interface,

Features in to do list:

 * streaming interface to insert data.
