PostgreSQL to ClickHouse Data Migration and Replication

Is there a way to migrate existing PostgreSQL tables to ClickHouse and setup real-time replication of changes from PostgreSQL to ClickHouse?

Something similar to what has been implemented here but for PostgreSQL not MySQL:

Hello. I suggest you to try https://github.com/mkabilov/pg2ch, we use it for replication between pg and ClickHouse.
