Service/framework to manage DB migrations in ClickHouse in c# App

Hi, as stated in the title, is there a service/framework that can help out in managing db schema changes/auto-run migrations? Google Search does not showcase any promising results. Kindly advise, thanks

Something like Entity Framework (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/ef/)? 

I don't think it works out of the box with ClickHouse, but I see someone built a provider for it (https://github.com/denis-ivanov/EntityFrameworkCore.ClickHouse).
