Role Tester - ( Oracle Financials Apps)
Work Location Atlanta, GA

Must have:
• Experience in developing accurate test scenarios and test cases
• Experience in test data preparation for test execution
• Experience in the complete Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
• Well versed with Functional, System Testing and End to End testing using Oracle EBiz Application, Accounting Module.
• Good Experience with iExpense is MANDATORY
• Good Experience in Accounting Module is MANDATORY
• Experience in Oracle Database Testing is added Advantage, General Ledger (GL) is MANDATORY
• Experience in HPALM
• Good client interaction and need to be proactive.
• Knowledge of Testing Quality standards and able to review and assess quality standards in the own working environment as well as work along with the team
• Expert in status reporting, escalation.
Really Nice to have:
• Experience using Concur Expense Tool
• Experience migrating from iExpense to Concur

Test Consultants are concerned with the independent verification and validation of the products produced by the development process. Testing is carried out in each phase: the requirements are tested by an acceptance test, the system design (analysis and design) by a system and integration test, and the programs by a
program and module test.
Required Skills and Experience:
You design and develop more complex tests and non-functional tests. You perform many of the roles required of a software testing project, through which you acqu
ire a full testing lifecycle experience. Typically you perform these roles as a senior member in a wider team. You act as a stream leader with technical deliver
y ownership within a limited number of technology areas. You contribute to bid or client proposals based on your technological expertise. You have delivery owne
rship and guide individuals and groups towards desired outcomes. You also actively participate in at least one community.
• Qualification: Minimum 5 years experience, Bachelor’s Degree.
• Certification: Should have SE level 1 and seeking level 2.

nagement.
Qualifications (Special Knowledge, Education, Ability and Skills):• 4+ years of experience on 2 or more implementations of Oracle EBS R12 with the following mo

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
• Analyze functional and technical requirements and translate them into manual and/or automatable scenarios
• Utilize Quality Center/ALM for test planning, test execution, and defect management.
• Define, document and maintain thorough test plans
• Provide ownership and accountability for assigned testing, keeping aware of progress and risks per milestone
• Ensure delivery against QA goals and objectives, i.e. meeting commitments and coordinating overall quality assurance schedules
• Provide effective communication regarding issues, objectives, initiatives and performance measurements against set plans
• Develop and manage quality assurance metrics for performance improvements within overall project
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of SDLC and QA’s role during each phase
• Maintain solid level of knowledge in Cox Automotive applications
• Comfortable stepping into BA role to gather and analyze requirements, perform fit/gap, and draft functional design and business process
