"Job Description:

• Define the test data management architecture and tool strategies

• Drive test data management activities across testing organization

• Implement methodologies for automated test data generation, test reusability and data privacy

• Analyze current test data management practices, techniques and tools

• Recommend improvement in test data management practices, techniques and tools

• Establish consistency and integrity of test data across multiple test environments

Specification / Skills / Experience:

• Prior experience in Define TDM strategy and approach at enterprise level

• 12+ years in Test data management

• Proven experience of 3 years or more in productivity improvement of test teams

• Experience in Providing and Implementing End to End TDM solution for large / complex projects

• Test Data Management (Data Generation, Data Sub-Setting Data Masking ,Data Archiving and Data Refresh)

• Experience in any TDM Tools ex. GT-Datamaker / IBM OPTIM / Informatica

• Experience in TDM Process Setup and creating RoadMap for Gaps Identified after assessment from TDM perspective

• Experience in Data Modelling , Data Generation and Masking

• Experience in SQL and Database Testing

• Exposure to onsite – offshore Model , with Strong stakeholder management

• Experience in Retail business domain

Secondary Skills (Nice to have):

• Experience in Performance Testing

• Experience test environment management

• Experience in development area – ETL Projects , Data Modeling
