Title: Revitas Business Analyst
Location: San Francisco, CA

Duration: Long Term

Job Description:

Understand Revita’s business process and drill down the gap between IT tools and business application and help the business to address the issues in a structured manner
Evaluate current Revita's Application functionalities and participate in performing fit gap analysis of user requirements and system functionality.
Recommend best practices to build the system solutions to meet the client requirements and act as subject matter expert for Revita's Application
Closely work with technical consultant and development teams to troubleshoot, document and resolve data migration issues
Train users on system functionality and procedures
Preparation of Functional specification documents for business requirements and hand over it to development team to build the requirements in the application
Testing the application and preparation of test scripts that can be executed by the business for any new requirements and there by getting a signoff so that changes can be effectively deployed in production environment (includes unit, integration, system and user verification testing)
Create a standard document for issues and resolution so that the standard document can be shared across the Tech support team that will be helpful for any new associate and other associates in ticket resolution
