Meand my wife were looking for transit stay in hyderabad on our way from aurangabad to visakhapatnam by car. Our concern was to avoid traffic in hyderabad and safe parking space for our car. So we ended our search by choosing tara Hotel Tara (Ramoji Film City) in ramoji film city. At tara Hotel Tara (Ramoji Film City), we had nice welcome drink and easy check in with smiling faces. Hotel and room were near and clean with all the amenities in the room like five star Hotel Tara (Ramoji Film City). They have nice and impressive restaurant called hollywood. We had dinner there. We ordered mutton biryani but unfortunately it was very bad and not fresh. May be because we were the only people in that restaurant. Morning breakfast was fine. Overall our stay was very comfortable and looking forward to stay again.
Good Hotel Tara (Ramoji Film City) is comfortable staff is friendly clean and well maintained spacious lobby with lots of seating improvement breakfast - they need to have more space, nunber of guests to seating is disproportionate third bed in room is mattress placed on floor - blocks space and if old people is an issue open power socket with wire hanging out potential safety hazard for children overall - good experience, good staff and value for money as booking includes the room and entry tickets for the park. Open socket is in one of the corridors in the floor. Can be a maintenance one of thing. No thanks
The approach road to the property is around 8km of well maintained roads. The Hotel Tara (Ramoji Film City) itself is well maintained and provided rooms which were sufficient for the overnight stay. The variety of food on offer for dinner at the restaurant was very limited and not very tasty either. No complaints about the linen or the cleanliness of the room and en-suite. The vehicle parking is open/uncovered and in the monsoon season would be a cumbersome walk to the patio.
Services are very good. The services are good n specially the staff. Hospitality of the Hotel Tara (Ramoji Film City) is beyond words. The quality of food is awesome. They make according to are taste n very fresh food n less oily. Everything was good but dropping facity was terrible. No ola or uber was ready to come n Hotel Tara (Ramoji Film City) was not ready to drop at the gate. At last moment the trip was horrible. Very horrible
Hotel tara was very good, the staff was well mannered, the food was good, the room had quite good facilities. Ramoji film city was an exceptional experience, that everybody should enjoy. Our tour guide, arjunamma was very helpful. One thing that we found uncomfortable, was that in the theatres there were no chairs for sitting, but only benches. That is a bit harder for the aging persons. But overall experience was nice.
Believe my guys it was a excellent stay in tara. It's the nearest Hotel Tara (Ramoji Film City) of all stays in ramoji to the eureka point of ramoji film city studio. A walkable distance from eureka in the carnival parade times during 12 th oct - 12 the november the best times one can enjoy!just go for it blindly and u won't be disappointed in your stay. Hollywood restaurant was also too good in the terms of taste
We stayed at tara for a day especially to explore ramoji film city. It was a great experience but there is still some points to be done 1. Price for a day is around 11k but the room size is very small2. There is no amenities in the building - swimming pool, games area are in sitara building. 3. Food at hollywood restaurant was good, but time taken for preparation is too high and price is also very high -
Hotel location is a big positive within ramojirooms are spacious enough. Pickup and drop off location for tours are within the premises of the Hotel Tara (Ramoji Film City). Breakfast served in morning has a good spread. Overall a must visit if you are planning ramoji. One can plan to stay in the Hotel Tara (Ramoji Film City)
Ramoji Film City (RFC), the largest film studio in the world, has given us thousands of films and many unique stories. But, like a twist in a movie plot, the film city has itself become a part of tales, albeit haunted ones.
Certified as the largest film studio in the world by the Guinness World Records, the RFC was established in 1996 in Hyderabad by renowned film producer Ramoji Rao, who is also the head of Ramoji Group. Spread over eight sq km, Rao started this film city for tourists and cinephiles.
As per various reports, the film city was constructed on the ground where Nizams of Hyderabad had fought against the enemy armies. Many soldiers lost their lives in these wars. It is said that the spirits of these soldiers who died still wander restlessly there.
Numerous accounts suggest that not just chandeliers have fallen from the ceilings, but light men have also unexplainably tripped from heights and injured themselves. Crew members have also experienced a push when no one is around, lights have gone off randomly, and people have detailed many other similar scary experiences.
Many claimed to have seen Urdu scribblings on mirrors. The cast and crew members have reported damage to gadgets and half-eaten food when left for a while. Some people have revealed their clothes being ripped off by something which is not visible.
The film city has numerous stunning attractions, including Bahubali set, Bird Park, Filmi Dunia, Fundustan and Kripalu caves. Alternatively, you can enjoy the rides namely Northern Lights, Mountains and Fjords, The Woods and Cinque Terre. You can also experience a dazzling live show, go shopping or witness the evening carnival.
The spectacular film city has five luxury and wallet-friendly stay options for its guests. These properties are Sitara Luxury Hotel, Tara Hotel, Shantiniketan, Greens Inn and Sahara. Besides this, it has a wellness offering in the form of Sukhibhava.
