Evaluation taking too long

Dear Organizers,

My submission #532 for video track (0.1 mbps) has been in "evaluating" status for almost 10 hours. I assume this shouldn't take that long, but am not sure of the reason. Any help would be much appreciated.

I just saw your email. It looks like it took 55,364 seconds to decode before getting cancelled.
