ERROR: Failed to locate target files

Dear Organizers,

When I submit results for the test phase, I get an error status with the following logs:

[2021-03-24 04:25:51] INFO Obtaining submission

[2021-03-24 04:25:53] INFO Obtaining decoded images

[2021-03-24 04:27:42] INFO Obtaining target images

[2021-03-24 04:27:43] ERROR Failed to locate target files

This occurs in submissions #1117, #1118, and #1119, is there some difference between the test phase and the valid phase? Or did I miss some information?
