Question about fact sheet submission deadline

Dear CLIC Organizers,
We are participants of the video compression track and have successful decoder submissions in the validation phase. As notified on the official website, the fact sheet deadline is March 23, 2022 at 23:59:59 PST (UTC-8). However, we found that the paper submission option in CMT is closed one hour earlier, and therefore er cannot upload the fact sheet right now. It seems that the PDT (UTC-7) is actually used. Would you please reopen the paper submission entry?
