Dear Organizer:

When compressing at 0.5 Mbps, a video of 10 seconds each, with a total of 30 videos, should theoretically occupy 0.5 * 10 * 30 = 150 MB. However, during our submission process, we found that the data size is too large, as shown in the attached image. We need it to be less than 19 MB. While zipping the files will reduce the size, it still doesn't meet the submission requirements. Is my understanding incorrect? data大小.png

Your calculation seems to miss the conversion from bits to bytes.
